• Grant Funding Disclaimer: Grant writing services include prospect research, narrative drafting, and budget modeling. Proposal submission does not guarantee funding award decisions by external grantors.
• Software Partners: Estate planning tools provided via Wealth Transfer Alliance are administrative legal software suites. Users requiring specific formal legal litigation counsel should consult a licensed attorney.

4. Scheduling & Engagement Cancellations

Executive consultation appointments booked via TidyCal may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Mastermind subscriptions ($97/month) may be cancelled prior to the recurring billing cycle by notifying administrative support.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
